Building Etcera

We're the team behind Etcera, the productivity app that thinks with you. Our mission is to help modern achievers think clearly, act decisively, and reflect meaningfully as they grow.

Why Intention Matters

Our work is grounded in a simple belief: technology should support human intention, not override it.

This belief is explored in Intention Is All It Takes, the foundational vision behind how we approach intelligence, alignment, and design.

We call this approach Attached Intelligence. It moves beyond pattern recognition by linking AI behavior to your evolving sense of purpose, helping you navigate complexity with clarity and intention.

Let's Collaborate

We're seeking partners to advance AIM-1, our productivity framework designed to support people who solve problems, make decisions, and learn continuously—those navigating complexity with clarity and purpose. We're particularly interested in:

  • Research collaborators interested in developing metrics and methods for measuring mindful productivity, clarity, and resilience
  • Individuals and teams open to joining our invitation-only pilot to explore decision support and reflective workflows
  • Partners co-creating training approaches that strengthen intentional focus and reflective decision-making
  • Organizations interested in evaluating how the Think → Do → Reflect cycle impacts well-being, clarity, and performance

If this sparks interest, we'd love to connect and explore where our paths might align.
